Lundi 19 octobre 2015 :

Aujourd'hui c'était le premier jour de ce Déca Iron Man pour M.. Benassi.

Il a commencé cette première journée par l'épreuve de natation, sans combinaison (les caisses n’étant toujours pas arrivées), mais au bout trois tours, il a fait une hypothermie et après 1 heure de réchauffement, il a pu reprendre sa course avec une combinaison.

Ensuite est venue l'épreuve de course de vélo, Il l'a commencé avec un vélo qu'on lui a prêté et après quelques tours, il a pu continuer avec son propre vélo. Et enfin a eu lieue la course en fauteuil qui s'est passée sans aucun problème.

Todays was the first day of this Deca Iron Man for M.Benassi. He started this first day with swimming without any overall (my belongings still haven't arrived yet) but on the third turn, he went on "hypothermie" and after having been warmed up for an hour, he could keep up with an overall on.

Then he started the cycling with someone else's bike and after a few round, he kept on with wheeling chair race which went good.
